AVAILABILITY

 

We go to great lengths to stock all of our products in an enough quantity to ensure availability when it is needed, However large orders can deploy our stock so please check availavility before placing an order

 

Our Inventorie is backed by the Factorie in Mexico "with over 200,000 Pieces" so in the unlikely event that we do not have your item in stock we can import it and it can be deliverd in less than one week

 
                                                NO MINIMUM ORDER POLICY

Your business is very important to us therefore NO minimum order is required.

Sometimes our customers need just one piece to finish a job, no problem we will ship it right away and still cover all the shipping costs “ even if that means that we will lose money on that order¨ it’s all about customer satisfaction.


                                                            SHIPPING

We have a FLAT RATE SHIPPING of $1.50 USD per Piece anywhere within the continental United States and orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 business days in most cases.

 

    Our Flat Rate Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail service weight permitting, or by using a LTL carrier.

 

    Large orders "above 350 Lbs. or 150 Pices" are shipped using LTL carrier ad may take from 3 to 6 business days to arrive.

     You may specify other shipping methods and we will add exact shipping charges to your invoice, and these shipping costs will be covered by the dealer, Please call to verify methods available.


     All orders received before 3:00 P.M. (CST) will be shipped the same day

 

 

Hold For Pickup Service
 

    Under Hold For Pickup Service, Priority Mail items are held at a destination Post Office location for pick up by a specified addressee or designee. Upon arrival of the mailpiece at the destination Post Office pickup location, the addressee will receive an email notification from the Postal Service.

 

The Hold For Pickup service requires signature confirmation and costs $4.99

 

 

Cash On  Delivery

 

 Orders can be shipped C.O.D. add 1.99 per order

 

 

RETURN POLYCY

 

Product can be returned to ARGO Mosaic within 30 calendar days after purchase.

 

All returns are subject to and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

 

Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

Any items that have been painted, stained, glued or in any way worked upon will not be accepted for return or refund.

 

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

 

     In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund, as long as we are notified of the product's fault within 30 days of it being delivered to you.

 

So please check each box upon arrival eaven if you don't plan on using the product right away.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

 

All Dealers are on a prepaid account and all payments must be paid before order ships, unless a credit application form is submitted and approved.
